In the app (immediate)

1. Open PitchCraft (web or the Android app) and sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
2. Tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
3. At the bottom of the menu, tap Delete account, type your e-mail address to confirm, and tap Delete account permanently.

The same menu has Download my dataif you want a copy (JSON) first. If you have a Pro subscription that renews automatically, cancel it first (Google Play → Subscriptions, or "Manage subscription" in the app) — deleting the account would not stop the payments.

By e-mail

Can't sign in any more? Write to tomas@thapps.dev from the address of the account. We delete it within 30 days (usually within a few days) and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• Your account: e-mail address, name, profile picture and Google sign-in link.
• Sessions, separation credits, Pro periods and Google Play purchase records.
• Feedback messages you sent and your premium-waitlist sign-up.

What is kept

• An anonymous count of the stem separations you ran (date only, no longer linked to you), for our usage statistics.
• A deletion record containing only a one-way hash of your e-mail address, so we can show the request was carried out.
• Payment records held by Stripe or Google Play, which process payments as merchants of record and keep them under their own legal obligations.
• Encrypted database backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

Songs, recordings and settings stored locally in your browser or app are not on our servers; remove them in the app's library or by clearing the site's data.

Smazání účtu PitchCraft

V aplikaci (okamžitě)

1. Otevřete PitchCraft (web nebo aplikaci pro Android) a přihlaste se účtem Google, který chcete smazat.
2. Klepněte na ikonu účtu vpravo nahoře.
3. Dole v nabídce zvolte Smazat účet, pro potvrzení napište svůj e-mail a klepněte na Smazat účet natrvalo.

Ve stejné nabídce je Stáhnout moje data, pokud si chcete nejdřív uložit kopii (JSON). Automaticky obnovované předplatné Pro nejdřív zrušte (Google Play → Předplatná, nebo „Spravovat předplatné“ v aplikaci) — smazání účtu platby nezastaví.

E-mailem

Nemůžete se přihlásit? Napište z adresy účtu na tomas@thapps.dev. Účet smažeme do 30 dnů (obvykle během pár dní) a potvrdíme e-mailem.

Co se smaže

• Účet: e-mail, jméno, profilový obrázek a propojení s přihlášením Google.
• Relace, kredity na rozklad, období Pro a záznamy o nákupech v Google Play.
• Zprávy zpětné vazby a zápis na waitlist Premium.

Co zůstane

• Anonymní počet rozkladů (jen datum, už bez vazby na vás) pro statistiku využití.
• Záznam o smazání, který obsahuje jen jednosměrný hash e-mailu jako doklad o vyřízení.
• Záznamy o platbách u Stripe nebo Google Play, které platby zpracovávají jako prodejci a uchovávají je podle svých zákonných povinností.
• Šifrované zálohy databáze, které se přepíšou do 30 dnů.

Písničky, nahrávky a nastavení uložené v prohlížeči nebo aplikaci nejsou na našich serverech; smažete je v knihovně aplikace nebo vymazáním dat webu.
